When you're hungry but are lazy

• Sushi. Älskar maki (rullar) med majonäsröran och nigiri (bitar med något på) med tamago (omelett). Oj, vilken parantesanvändning det blev här (försöker vara informativ, hähä).

• Hämthamburgare fast från ett lyrrigare ställe än donken, nämligen högrevsburgare från Tugg. Helst Mexicana med guacamole i. Plus mixed fries, alltså både potatis och sötpotatis, och en cheddardipp till.
 
Take-away burgers but from a fancier place than McDonalds, prime rib beef burgers from a place called Tugg. Preferably the Mexicana with guacamole inside. Plus mixed fries, that's potatoes and sweet potatoes, with a cheddar dip on the side.

• If one has a little more energy one can whip together this luxyry carbonara that is simpler to make than one thinks when tasting and looking at it. Made it after this recipe but it's in Swedish so here's a direct translation:
 
You need:
2 portions spaghetti
1 pkt bacon
3 eggs
2 handfulls chantarelles
2 dl parmesan cheese
A few sprigs of parsley
Salt and black pepper
 
Start off by bringing water to the boil for pasta. Cut the bacon in small pieces and cut the chantarelles into small pieces. Fry in a dry pan on medium heat until they turn golden. Grate 2 dl parmesan and mix with a yolk, salt and black pepper. Boil the pasta al dente. Pour the spaghetti into the frying pan and stir in the parmesan and egg mixture. Stir thoroughly and add a little of the starchy pasta water if you want it a little looser. Season with fresh parsley, salt and black pepper. Serve with a yolk and extra parmesan. Eat and enjoy!
