Mum and breakfast
On Sunday morning, mum text me saying she was in Borås and asked if she could come by. Happily I replied that of course she could. Water was boiled, bread was toasted and condiments were brought out; marmite, banana, butter, all separate. A boiled egg for me and one for Daniel when he got up. Sometimes we see each other more often, sometimes not. But there's something beautiful and special about eating toast, sipping strong, English tea with a splash of milk and exchanging words on an early weekend morning.
mys!!! men alltså: marmite? vad äre?
